Leads our team with 3+years of ABA experience, 10+ years of classroom experience, ensuring effective, personalized therapy plans and training families with proven techniques to reinforce positive behaviors at home.

RBT/Student Analyst

Dedicated RBT with five years of experience, a BS in Psychology, and currently pursuing a Master’s in ABA to deepen expertise in behavior analysis.

Susana Cano

Lead Analyst

Former teacher of students with autism transitioning into the world of ABA. I began working as an elementary teacher in Broward Schools and transitioned to working as a special education teacher in the autism cluster. I have experience with working with students from pre-k to 5th grade for 10 years. I have worked as a student analyst in the home setting while receiving supervision to become a behavior analyst. I am currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with clients with autism.

With 15 years of experience in education and 5 years as an assistant director, Latasha Lane is a dedicated professional committed to student success. Currently serving as an EBD teacher in the Broward County School District and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She brings expertise in behavior management and individualized instruction to support diverse learners. Passionate about evidence-based interventions and student growth, they continue to make a lasting impact in the field of education.
